At Drip Lab Nails, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Due to sanitation and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

All Sales Are Final: Once your purchase is completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Order Issues: If there is an error with your order (e.g., incorrect item received), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will correct the issue promptly.

Ready To Ship processing time is 1-2 days not including shipping time

Freestylz processing time is 1-2 weeks not including shipping time

Custom processing time is 2-3 weeks not including shipping time

Typically processing times are sooner however please consider the processing time if you need your set for a specific date
