Drip Lab Nails LLC is a U.S.-based company specializing in custom and pre-designed press-on nails and related nail products. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Drip Lab Nails LLC.
2. Eligibility
To use our services or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Product Information
We strive to display the colors and designs of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors.
Each press-on nail set is handmade and may vary slightly from the photos shown. Freestylz are a representation of the style you will be getting depending on size and shape of the set. Ready to ship styles are pre-manufactured nails and are not hand made
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.
All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically (and internationally, if applicable) using third-party carriers. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Drip Lab Nails LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
7. Custom Orders
For custom nail sets, you agree to provide accurate sizing and design preferences. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer. Please refer to our sizing guide before ordering.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, product images, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of Drip Lab Nails LLC and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our express written consent.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
